Alison Ann Sweeney is an American performer, host of a reality television show director, and writer. Sweeney was most famous for her role for her role as Samantha Sami Brady, a character that she played in Days of Our Lives from January 6, 1994 to the 30th of October, 2014 as part of the contract of NBC. Sweeney finally decided that she was fed up with trendy diets like grapefruit and cabbage soups in 1999. She stopped fads, such as grapefruit and the cabbage soup diet. She made healthier choices like avoiding sugary beverages and starting boot-camp fitness classes. And the results? What did she get? lost 30 pounds. Sweeney has two brothers and is Irish.
